This weekend we shoot our film for the Richmond, Va 48hfp!!! I cant even wait you guys!... Although I could certainly do without riding the chinatown bus to and from home, but it will be worth it!
I get to be with these people.

And my dad.
This is my Pops and I going over our lines together last year because someone was crazy enough to put ME in the film. I can promise you, I'm just as happy working behind the cameras as I am acting in it and I'm sure our directors were much more pleased with my portrayal of a production assistant holding the boom mic in years past!
And, action!
This has been our bonding weekend for the past 3 Summers now. We love it.
The 48 hr film project is exciting because you never know what genre you're going to be doing or who your main characters will be until 7PM on Friday night and the finished movie, original music, edits, and all, has to be submitted by 7PM on Sunday night. They also instruct you with a prop and a line of dialogue that must be used in some way. It is such a pleasure and thrill to be surrounded by such creativity, laughter, and love each July and I hope this is a tradition that lasts for many years to come!
Please bless that I don't die on the Chinatown bus and that my sleep deprivation doesn't turn me into an impossible monster come the 48th hour.
Quiet on the set!!!
